Terms and Conditions

Holiday at Home loyalty status will be awarded on the fourth booking to any of our properties. These must be recorded on separate dates and in the name of a single lead guest. This status is unique to that person.

A reservation must be made at least once in any twelve-month period to remain eligible after the status has been awarded.

The loyalty discount is 5% across all of the properties in our portfolio. The Holiday at Home loyalty status also entitles the bearer to exclusive offers promoted directly to Loyalty Cardholders from time to time. Members will be given a special voucher code when booking online.

To qualify for the discount, the reservation must be made by the guest to whom this status is awarded. This guest cannot make reservations on behalf of other people, and must stay during the discounted booking.

The Holiday at Home loyalty status extends a discount off the base cost of a reservation. The discount will be deducted from the property tariff only, and excludes extras such as dog charges, Z-beds, special treats, dine-in, therapies and any other purchases unless otherwise stated.

The loyalty status discount isn’t available when booking multiple luxury holidays on the same date. In this event, the discount applies to the reservation with the highest tariff.

The loyalty discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, such as the re-booking discount and/or any other discounted offers advertised by the company.

Holiday at Home reserves the right to withdraw the loyalty status in the event of misuse.

By being awarded loyalty status, it is expected that you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
