Deck the halls and impress your guests with this memorable martini for the festive season…
Ingredients: 200ml Vodka, 50ml hazlenut flavoured liqueur, 50g dark brown soft sugar, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, lemon peel
Method: For the ginger syrup, put the sugar, ginger, cinnamon and lemon peel in a pan with 50ml water and bring to simmer. When the sugar has dissolved, turn the heat off and leave to infuse until cold. Strain and discard the lemon peel. Add the alcohol and 100ml cold water. Shake and chill until it’s party time!
This sparkling Christmas cocktail will impress your guests at an evening dinner party or is also light enough to enjoy on Christmas morning or a brunch date.
Ingredients: 200ml Absolut pear vodka, fresh lemon juice, 30ml simple syrup, champagne to top, rosemary sprigs for garnish.
Method: Place a rosemary sprig in a champagne flute, combine the vodka, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain over the rosemary sprig and top with sparkling champagne and garnish.

Ingredients: Prosecco, Rhubarb and Ginger Gin, Cranberry juice and tonic water.
Method: Measure out 1 part rhubarb and ginger gin followed by 2 parts prosecco and 1 part cranberry juice. Stir and top each glass with a splash of tonic water and a sprig of rosemary.
