A popular location for our guests with a bustling high street and a wide choice of interesting shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants, as well as Barnard Castle and Raby Castle to explore. Children will love discovering the collections at The Bowes Museum with family activity days and art and craft workshops.
On your way home, make sure you stop off at Mainsgill Farmshop and Tearoom which offers a vast selection of award-winning local produce where the kids can meet the animals on the farm, which include Doris, Delilah, and Camelot the camels, as well as llamas, lambs, and pigs.
