Our experienced personal trainer, Jodie offers personal training sessions for groups or on a one to one basis. Stay fit and active on your holiday with a workout which can include circuits, boxing-pad work, kettlebells or even some pre/post pregnancy training. Each session is tailored to your fitness levels and requirements to help you get the most from your training session with Jodie.

1 hour group session : £50

1 hour one-to-one session: £40

Yoga

Relax and de-stress during your stay with an hour of Yoga with instructor Jodie. Stretch and strengthen with a dynamic, flowing class or slow things down and unwind… Each Yoga session is also tailored to how you prefer to practice.

Guided Walks

Enjoy the local scenery on a guided walk with instructor Jodie; take in the beautiful area surrounding Richmond on a walk suitable for all abilities.

2 hour walk: £80
