Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am – 1.00pm, remaining open to arriving guests.
Reception remains open to welcome arriving weekend guests, meaning varied afternoon opening hours after 1pm.

Care of the Property
We have decorated and equipped the house to a high specification, most items have been individually sourced. We do understand that occasionally accidents happen; please report breakages as soon as possible to give us time to replace them before the next guests arrive.
Wi-Fi Internet Connection
We have invested in a SuperFast Fibre Wi-Fi network which will allow you to connect to the internet, this is a complimentary service.

Rebook your stay:
If any guest in your party rebooks within 10 days of your stay, you are entitled to a 5% rebooking discount. The code for this discount is emailed to you on departure.
Refer a friend scheme:You can also take advantage of our refer-a-friend scheme too. If you refer us to your friends and family and they place a booking with us for the first time they can benefit from a 5% discount and you will receive a £50 Holiday At Home voucher when they depart! Simply ask them to quote your name when they book and we will take care of the rest.
The heating is set before your arrival so hopefully you will only need to make minor adjustments. Should you need to change the temperature you will find wall-mounted thermostats around the property. Set the temperature as you would like and it will take a couple of hours for this to adjust. The bathroom towel rail will come on twice a day.
There is a smart television in the sitting room, which includes apps where you can login to your own account on sites like Netflix, BBC iPlayer, Amazon Prime.
The outside bins can be found by the parking area in the courtyard. There is a black general waste bin, a green mixed recycling box, plus a separate box for glass. Please ensure recycling is clean before putting it in the bin. The green recycling bin belongs to the lady next door and is just for garden rubbish.
Fire Extinguishers
A fire extinguisher can be found at the rear of the wastebin in the kitchen area.
Emergency Lighting
Emergency lighting is installed on stairs and in the entrance area.
There is one allocated parking bay outside the property in the courtyard. A sign shows which bay is for which property. You will drive into The Old School Rooms courtyard on Dundas Street just before it joins Frenchgate.
We kindly request that you depart by 10am on your last day. Please leave the keys in the key box where you found them and spin the dial for security.
