Sales and Marketing – You look after the house, and we fill it.

• Monthly statements, price reviews and an annual income and occupancy report

Property Management – Everything above, and we look after the property too.

• We are the housekeeper’s first point of contact, with checklists and spot checks
• Maintenance, safety certificates and quarterly alarm testing arranged for you if you would like us to
• Guest liaison seven days a week, with 24-hour on-call as an option
• Linen, welcome hampers and consumables sorted for each changeover

Yes, you can. We always ask this as part of our discovery call and are known for our generous owner booking allowances. You block your own dates when you like, and we will work around stays for family and friends.

Either. With our sales and marketing, you look after the holiday home, and we look after bookings and marketing. When you choose full management, we do both.

Wherever your property is in Yorkshire, we look at it individually. We will consider whether we can fully manage it to the level that you need in your location. We reserve the right to speak plainly if we aren’t able to fulfil what you need.

Yes. When you get in touch, there is no obligation to move. We will review your listing and pricing in confidence and tell you plainly what we would change.

Our aim is to increase your income, and that is often the result. Every home is different, but when we set out targets in the proposal, we work to beat them.

We set all this out in your proposal, clearly defining the commission we charge alongside the management costs if you want these. There are no joining fees or marketing charges.

We’re based in Yorkshire, so you’ll be working with a dedicated team who know and have visited your property. Holiday at Home is also founded by holiday homeowners, so you get real experience from our founders and directors.
