These two luxury cottages sit side by side, making Lime Kiln the perfect choice for celebrations and group getaways. Together, they can accommodate up to 16 guests plus dogs with private gardens, hot tubs, games room, and plenty of space to unwind.

Accessible Holiday Cottages
Both Dragonfly and Kingfisher offer easy access. Dragonfly includes one ground-floor bedroom with a walk-in en-suite shower, while all bedrooms in Kingfisher are on the ground floor, with several featuring walk-in showers making it the more accessible option.
Group Getaways
Both of these UK holiday homes sleep up to 8 guests but if you’re looking for larger group accommodation why not combine Dragonfly and Kingfisher to sleep 16 together offering the best of both, with luxury features throughout.
Hot Tub Getaways
Each cottage features its own private outdoor hot tub, perfect for sinking into warm bubbles after a countryside walk, celebrating with family, or unwinding under the stars. Cottages with hot tubs truly offer the most relaxing break away.
Dog-Friendly Holidays
With plenty of open space for your pooches to run around, both Dragonfly and Kingfisher are dog-friendly. Please note the gardens are not enclosed.
In The Area
We can recommend visiting Richmond and Barnard Castle, two charming Yorkshire market towns within easy reach of Lime Kiln.
Nearby are plenty of great pubs, with the closest, The Bay Horse, in Ravensworth. Take a short drive into the Yorkshire Dales, and nearby Stang Forest is a good walking spot and great for picnics. It is an easy drive to the North York Moors, or a wonderful day on the Yorkshire Coast.

What a beautiful setting and fabulous location. The house is lovely with all the amenities to enjoy a luxurious week away with friends. The layout is spacious, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed. Chefs Paul and Dennis are fabulous .
