Office Opening Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm

Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am – 1.00pm, remaining open to arriving guests.

Reception remains open to welcome arriving weekend guests, meaning varied afternoon opening hours after 1pm.

Be Safe

On arrival please make yourself familiar with the emergency exits and fire safety procedures, as well as the contents of this tablet. Should you have any questions or additional needs please do let us know.

Care of the Property

We have decorated and equipped our properties to a high specification, most items have been individually sourced and are expensive to replace. Thank you for looking after everything. We do understand that occasionally accidents happen, please report breakages as soon as possible to give us time to replace them before the next guests arrive. Please refer to our terms and conditions with any questions.

CCTV

Please note that CCTV can be operational outside the property for security. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Noise

Please respect neighboring properties and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10pm and 8am especially outside.

Smoking

The properties are strictly non-smoking. A cigarette bin can be found outside, to the rear of the property.

Wi-Fi Internet Connection

We have invested in a SuperFast Fibre Wi-Fi network which will allow you to connect to the internet, this is a complimentary service. The Network name is The Cottage and the password is: T4keit8asy

Rebook your stay:

If any guest in your party rebooks within 10 days of your stay, you are entitled to a 5% rebooking discount. The code for this discount is emailed to you on departure.

Refer a friend scheme:You can also take advantage of our refer-a-friend scheme too. If you refer us to your friends and family and they place a booking with us for the first time they can benefit from a 5% discount and you will receive a £50 Holiday At Home voucher when they depart! Simply ask them to quote your name when they book and we will take care of the rest.

Heating

There is underfloor heating downstairs which is controlled by a room stat in the kitchen. The bedrooms upstairs have radiators and there is a room stat on the landing. The towel rails are controlled by switches in the under stair cupboard.

The heating is set to come on in the morning and the afternoon, if you feel you next a boost you press the +1hr button on the control panel under the stairs.

The towel rails can be turned off by two switches in the understair cupboard.

TVS

The TV is a smart TV enabling you access to Netflix, iPlayer etc…it also has an inbuilt sound system.

Fire Saftey

In Case of a Fire

THERE IS A FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN THE BOILER CUPBOARD AND A FIRE BLANKET.

Make yourself aware of all exit routes on your arrival at the property.

When going to bed, we recommend you shut doors and keep the keys for exit doors in an obvious place should you need to leave the building quickly.

In the unlikely event of a fire, please think of your own safety first. Please evacuate people as necessary before attempting to extinguish any minor outbreaks. If the fire cannot be extinguished immediately call the emergency services on 999 giving the address:

There are emergency torches plugged in around the house which turn on automatically if the power fails.

Kitchen Appliences

Hob

The hob is an induction hob, a pan must be put on the selected ring to enable heat settings to be selected. The power button is at the bottom right of the hob plate.
