Well, its hard to decide what we love more – the spacious modern country home, the gorgeous interior design, the enormous bath or the beautiful scenery. This has been a very peaceful few days and exactly what we needed! Thank you so much for a lovely few days, we will definitely recommend this to our friends.

Stunning property. We wanted to get away from it all and this certainly delivers. Bedroom and bath of dreams. Not sure the underfloor heating was working but we used the log burner every evening which soon heated the whole area. We had fun everyday remembering which light switch operated which light!! Everything has been thought of. Overall, a fantastic stay and would highly recommend. Thank you.

An amazing cottage. We enjoyed our week for a well deserved rest. After an initial mix up of the property not being cleaned before we arrived, Stacie was an absolute gem and did everything she could to rectify it. Would definitely recommend the cottage and Holiday at Home!

A lovely spacious well equipped cottage. The surrounding area is picturesque. Ate twice at the Three Horse Shoes in Barnard Castle, the food was 1st Class, recommend that you book. Would recommend Holiday at Home and The Coach House to friends. Thank you.

Beautiful property, very peaceful location, plenty of storage which was great, pity the weather was a bit wet!! Everything was top quality in the property, beautiful gardens to look out on while sitting at the outside table with a coffee. If we come this way again The Coach House would be the first place we would look at when looking for a cottage. Today we move onto the Lake District, just hope the standard is as good in the next cottage as this one. Thank you.

On first entering the property we were impressed by the beautiful gardens and was pleased to learn from the owners that the magnificent ‘copper beech’ tree was 250 years old. The property itself was immaculate & very stylish. Marsden Bay is worth the 1 hour trip. Great get away and will come again. Thank you.

WOW!! – What a fantastic place. A fabulous cottage in a wonderful setting. Everything is first class – thanks for the generous hamper – exceeded all expectations! Managed to walk everyday – despite the wind!! Had a great meal at the CB Inn – Langthwaite – booking is essential. We are really sorry to leave but will definitely return.
