Ninetta is one of twelve luxury log cabins set within the peaceful and private grounds of Sun Hill Lodges. Close to the Yorkshire market town of Leyburn, where you can find charming shops, pubs and restaurants, it is the ideal retreat to explore the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding areas.

Sleeping up to four guests and dogs, this luxury cabin is designed for year-round enjoyment. For those wanting to relax and unwind, there is a covered hot tub, generous patio with seating area and enclosed garden for dogs to roam free. The stunning views of the rolling Yorkshire hills create an idyllic backdrop for a quiet break. Inside the log fire and super king-sized beds create a cosy and luxurious space that you won't want to leave. For those who enjoy more activities, there is plenty to do in the local area year-round. However you choose spend your Yorkshire break, Ninetta is the perfect space to enjoy quality time with friends or family.

Ninetta has recently been updated to the highest standards with luxury touches throughout. This two-bedroom log cabin centres around open-plan living designed for relaxation and togetherness. High ceilings and large windows make the most of the stunning views and create a magical spot for creating memories. On colder days make sure to light the log burner and get the fire roaring before cosying up on the comfortable sofa with a movie on your Smart TV. Your self-catering kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast before gathering around the dining table. Don't forget - dogs are welcome at Ninetta so your pups aren’t missing out.

Ideal for two couples or a small family, you'll find two bedrooms in the cabin, both of which have private en-suites. Both bedrooms have a fixed super king-sized bed with sofa and TV. The en-suites feature a stand-alone bath and seperate overhead rainfall shower. Just like the living space, each bedroom has large windows with far-reaching views of the breathtaking North Yorkshire countryside.

Throw open the French doors and step onto your private patio to fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of North Yorkshire. Take a moment, breathe in the fresh air and truly take in the incredible views from your luxurious log cabin overlooking the Yorkshire Dales. Dine al fresco using the gas BBQ or relax in the jacuzzi-style hot tub under the stars. Sun Hill Lodges is truly the perfect destination for those wanting to relax and recharge whilst admiring the beautiful wildlife and stunning racehorses that reside at the grounds.

There is free wi-fi throughout the holiday home. On arrival, you will find a locally sourced welcome hamper. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering accommodation, with an oven, microwave, hob and microwave. The barbecue outside is gas. A starter pack for the log burner includes logs and firelighters, and more can be purchased during your stay.

The stay includes high-quality bed linen, towels, bathrobes and a small selection of toiletries. Families can request a travel cot and a high chair for an infant in advance. Please note there is no washing machine or dryer.

Up to two dogs are welcome in this luxury lodge in Yorkshire; it is not well suited to more than one large dog.

Ninetta Lodge is nestled within the grounds of Sun Hill Lodges, a collection of 12 lodges near Leyburn, North Yorkshire. Allow the dedicated operations team at Sun Hill Lodges to enhance your stay with various in-lodge exclusives.

The properties at Sun Hill Lodges are located on the grounds of racehorse trainer Ann Duffield and her husband, legendary jockey George Duffield MBE. Stable tours can be arranged on request. The beauty of this woodland lodge is seeing the horses training on the gallops that run beyond the end of the garden.

The lodge is set away from the stables, so there’s privacy in the garden of your self-catering luxury lodge.

On your own private driveway, there is space for two cars. A ramp and steps lead up to the lodge which then has flagstones surrounding it.

There is one small step to get inside, then the lodge is all on one level and so is well suited to guests with limited mobility.

This is accommodation with a ground floor bedroom and a walk-in step-free shower.

In The Area

Leyburn is often referred to as the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales and is the closest town, 4 miles from this hot tub lodge in Yorkshire. The market square offers a wonderful blend of independent shops and places to eat. Try delicious artisan chocolates from Inspired Chocolate or browse the sales at the famous Tennant’s auction house which also has a great cafe. The Sandpiper Inn and the Bolton Arms pub in the town are both great options, and have a dog-friendly bar.

Stock up your cupboards at the award-winning Campbell’s of Leyburn; family-run since 1868, it is a supermarket and wine retailer. On Friday’s do make sure to visit Leyburn’s weekly market full of local produce.
