Downstairs in this luxury accommodation in Ripon, you will find a gorgeous double bedroom, with French doors opening straight out onto the private courtyard. The bed can be set as a twin or a super-king here. Step into the luxe bathroom suite with a shower tiled in glorious green.

Wind up the Italian cantilever feature staircase to the majestic master bedroom. Sitting in the eaves, exposed oak beams, designer fabrics and luxury linen create a cocoon of comfort. Long lie-ins beneath the weight of the duvet are the most tempting way to spend a morning.

The impressive en-suite bathroom features a freestanding bathtub for two in the centre of the room. Views over the grounds make this a perfect place to soak away after a day's adventure. The driveway, entrance courtyard and grounds are shared with the neighbouring property, Horse and Carriage. Together the properties can be booked to sleep 10 guests.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, cafetiere and is well-equipped for a self-catering holiday home. High-quality bed linen, towels, and a selection of Noble Isle toiletries are included. The washing machine and tumble dryer sit upstairs. No cot or highchair are included.

Dogs: these are welcome when booking both properties at Unbridled for up to 10 guests, but not when booking Riding Boots as an individual property for 4 guests.

There is plenty of parking for 2 cars on the gravel outside. Riding Boots is also perfect for guests looking for a holiday cottage with EV charging, there is a rapid Tesla charging point mounted on the garage for guests. Charging costs 45 p/kWh via a smart card which is available on request on arrival.
