After receiving so much love for Spindrifter and Valley View, we’re excited to announce that we’ve now taken on the entire Sun Hill Lodges collection. We now have 13 log cabins with hot tubs, sleeping two to eight guests, to share with you.
The newly added lodges are now taking bookings for arrivals from January 2026. For regular Sun Hill guests, rest assured, you’ll still enjoy the same exceptional Sun Hill experience. Now you will enjoy the added personal touch and high-quality service guests have come to expect from Holiday at Home. Having had the beautiful Sun Hill Cottages in our collection for almost 10 years, our team knows exactly what makes a stay at Sun Hill Farm so special.

Log Cabins with Hot Tubs
Every log cabin in the Sun Hill Lodges collection has been thoughtfully designed to offer the perfect blend of countryside charm and modern comfort. Each cabin features a hot tub, and some boast private saunas.
Whether you’re soaking under the stars after a day exploring or starting your morning with peaceful views across the Yorkshire Dales, the hot tub adds that extra touch of luxury to your stay. It’s one of many reasons guests return time and again to relax, unwind, and make unforgettable memories at Sun Hill.
Each one-bedroom log cabin with a hot tub also features an infrared sauna, making them the ultimate romantic getaway. There is a mix of indoor and outdoor saunas, offering the perfect health kick or relaxation aid after a busy day. These log cabins offer couples an ideal setting to switch off and reconnect.
William is our only two-bedroom log cabin with a hot tub and sauna, a fun addition for couples or friends travelling together. In addition to the larger layout, William features a refreshing outdoor cold shower for your own private spa retreat.
Valley View sleeps eight, and this large log cabin with a hot tub includes an indoor sauna in the fitness room. The luxury lodge also features four en-suite bedrooms, an outdoor seating area around the fire pit, and a pool table.

What Our Guests Think...
We launched the first two log cabins at Sun Hill Lodges into our Holiday at Home collection in 2023, and the feedback has been incredible. From the breathtaking views and peaceful scenery to the regular visits from local wildlife, Spindrifter & Valley View quickly became a firm favourite with guests.
When we arrived, the horses, ducks, and rabbits were gathered, it was such a beautiful sight! The horses regularly came up to the fence, which we loved. The views are absolutely stunning, and the lodge makes the most of them with its full-length windows. From dusk to dawn, you can enjoy uninterrupted scenery. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which is perfectly positioned to take in the views.

Just 4 miles down the road from Sun Hill Lodges is the charming market town of Leyburn, with independent boutiques and dog-friendly eateries. Venture further afield into the Yorkshire Dales to discover quaint villages and lots of scenic walks.
Friday is market day, and we recommend a visit to Cambell’s or Leyburn ‘supermarket’. Try delicious artisan chocolates from Inspired Chocolate, and we like to browse the sales at the well-regarded Tennant’s auction house followed by lunch in the popular cafe.
The Sandpiper Inn has great food and a dog-friendly bar, while the Bolton Arms in the marketplace is popular for local ales. For eating out, a mile away from the lodges in Constable Burton is The Wyvill Arms with a warm, welcoming bar and a restaurant.
