Every log cabin in the Sun Hill Lodges collection has been thoughtfully designed to offer the perfect blend of countryside charm and modern comfort. Each cabin features a hot tub, plenty of wildlife to look at, and some boast private saunas.
Whether you’re soaking under the stars after a day exploring or starting your morning with peaceful views across the Yorkshire Dales, the hot tub adds that extra touch of luxury to your stay. It’s one of many reasons guests return time and again to relax, unwind, and make unforgettable memories at Sun Hill.
Each one-bedroom log cabin with a hot tub also features an infrared sauna, making them the ultimate romantic getaway. There is a mix of indoor and outdoor saunas, offering the perfect health kick or relaxation aid after a busy day. These log cabins provide couples with an ideal setting to switch off and reconnect.
William is our only two-bedroom log cabin with a sauna, a fun addition for couples or friends travelling together. In addition to the larger layout, William features a refreshing outdoor cold shower by the hot tub for your own private spa retreat.
Valley View sleeps eight, and is the largest of the log cabins with hot tubs. Well-suited to all groups, there is a bar as well as an indoor fitness room with a sauna. The luxury cabin also features four en-suite bedrooms, an outdoor seating area around the fire pit, and a pool table.

The only two-bedroom log cabin with a hot tub and a sauna. It also features a refreshing outdoor cold shower - perfect for cooling off and adding a private spa-like touch to your stay.
A cosy one-bedroom hot tub lodge and views of horses grazing in the paddocks. Complete with an infrared sauna, it’s the perfect setting to soak up the stunning surroundings of Sun Hill.
When staying at this Yorkshire Dales accommodation, there’s no shortage of activities to make your stay more memorable. Enjoy a rejuvenating beauty treatment, gain an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the race yard (available Tuesday & Wednesday), or order a deluxe hamper or decorations for a celebratory stay.
We work with some fantastic chefs for private dining who will serve you while you relax or reconnect with the group (minimum four guests). Outside of Sun Hill Lodges near Leyburn, indulge in a delicious meal at one of the nearby dining spots we recommend.

We first launched Spindrifter and Valley View at Sun Hill Lodges in 2023, and the feedback has been incredible. From the breathtaking views and peaceful scenery to the regular visits from local wildlife, these log cabins with hot tubs quickly became a firm favourites within our Holiday at Home collection.
Just 4 miles down the road from Sun Hill Lodges is the charming market town of Leyburn, with independent boutiques and dog-friendly eateries. Venture further afield into the Yorkshire Dales to discover quaint villages and lots of scenic walks.
Friday is market day, and we recommend a visit to Cambell’s or Leyburn ‘supermarket’. Try delicious artisan chocolates from Inspired Chocolate, and we like to browse the sales at the well-regarded Tennant’s auction house followed by lunch in the popular cafe.
The Sandpiper Inn has great food and a dog-friendly bar, while the Bolton Arms in the marketplace is popular for local ales. For eating out, a mile away from the lodges in Constable Burton is The Wyvill Arms with a warm, welcoming bar and a restaurant.
