Terms and Conditions for Loyalty Cardholders
Holiday at Home is incredibly proud of the number of guests that return to our luxury holiday properties time and time again. We in turn reward those guests with the change to become a Loyalty Cardholder after just a few visits. Read on to find out more.
The Loyalty Card will be issued after three visits to any of our holiday properties and have been recorded on separate dates. The bookings must be made in the name of the lead guest, who must be staying during the stay. That person will become ‘the bearer’ of the Loyalty Card.
Holding a Loyalty Card entitles the bearer to a 10% discount off the base cost of subsequent bookings. The discount will be deducted at the time of booking and excludes the optional extras including dog charges, Z-beds, special treats, dine-in, therapies and any other purchases, unless otherwise stated.
The Holiday at Home Loyalty Card also entitles the bearer to exclusive, various offers and discounts that will be promoted to Loyalty Card Holders only by Holiday at Home from time to time.
The Loyalty Card must be used at least once in any twelve-month period to remain eligible for this discount after the card has been issued.
The Loyalty Card cannot be used for reservations over Christmas, New Year and Easter periods.
The Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with the under-occupancy discount and/or any other discounted offers that may be offered by the company.
Each Loyalty Card is personal to the bearer and may only be used by the person to whom it is registered to and whose signature is on the card. It may not be sold, given or loaned to anyone else to use.
Holiday at Home reserves the right to withdraw the loyalty card in the event of misuse.
The Holiday at Home Loyalty Card has no cash redemption value.
The Loyalty card remains the property of Holiday at Home.
By accepting the Loyalty Card, it is expected that you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
