Terms and Conditions for Loyalty Cardholders
Holiday at Home is incredibly proud of the number of guests that return to our luxury holiday homes time and time again. We, in turn, reward those guests with the chance to become a Loyalty Cardholder on your fourth visit.
The Holiday at Home Loyalty Card will be issued after three visits to any of our holiday properties. These visits must be recorded on separate dates and in the name of a single lead guest. That person will become ‘the bearer’ of the loyalty card.
The Loyalty Card entitles the bearer to a 5% – 10% discount off the base cost of the property. This is applicable from the 4th+ booking. The discount will be deducted from the relevant tariff only at the time of booking. It excludes the optional extras including dog charges, Z-beds, special treats, dine-in, therapies, and any other purchases unless otherwise stated.
To qualify for the Loyalty Card, the 4 bookings need to be made within a period of two years. The booking arrival date doesn’t have to take place within that period. To remain eligible for the Holiday at Home Loyalty Card, this must be used at least once in any twelve-month period after the card has been issued.
To qualify for the discount, the reservation must be made by the Loyalty Card bearer to whom it is registered and whose signature is on the card. It may not be sold, given, or loaned to anyone else to use. The bearer must be one of the guests staying during the discounted booking., and Holiday at Home reserves the right to ask for the value of the discount to be paid against the booking should this not be the case.
Whilst the loyalty scheme applies to all properties, due to the high cost of some of the larger houses at times there can be a limit to the amount of discount we can give on specific dates.
Our Loyalty Card cannot be used for reservations that are over Christmas, New Year, and Easter periods.
The Holiday at Home Loyalty Card also entitles the bearer to hear about offers that will be promoted exclusively to Loyalty Card Holders from time to time. Otherwise, the Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with the under-occupancy discount, re-booking discount and/or any other discounted offers that may be advertised by the company.
Holiday at Home reserves the right to withdraw the loyalty card in the event of misuse.
By accepting the Loyalty Card, it is expected that you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
The Loyalty Card remains the property of Holiday at Home.
The Holiday at Home Loyalty Card has no cash redemption value.
