This is a key role within our team. The operations manager oversees our five-star standard properties in North Yorkshire and manages the day to day running of the teams responsible for carrying out this work. This includes overseeing 21 lodges at Brompton Lakes, and a number of luxury houses and cottages we operate. The perfect candidate will be diligent, have good team management skills, and a knowledge of property maintenance.
The responsibilities are diverse and interesting. This includes planning and strategy, leadership and monitoring, property management, training and developing the team and overseeing the operations budget.
This role reports into the Directors of Holiday at Home and is based in the Richmond area, North Yorkshire.
