Be sure to light the log-burning stove and get the fire roaring before cosying up on the comfortable sofa with a movie on your Smart TV. The fully equipped self-catering kitchen has everything you need, but if you fancy a truly luxurious break you can always enhance your stay and have a private chef prepare a special meal. Bifold doors off the lounge lead to a garden with private patio, BBQ, seating area, covered hot tub and, of course, those uninterrupted views of the farm and rolling hills beyond.

This luxury lodge boasts a spacious main bedroom with four-poster super king-sized bed, Smart TV and glorious Sun Hill Farm views. The luxury en-suite features a beautiful copper roll-top bath for the ultimate bathing bliss as well as a separate shower and indoor sauna for two.

There is much to enjoy outside with over an acre of stunning private gardens to explore. Rosina's private garden is perfect for a dog-friendly break with fencing separating the garden from the paddocks beyond. Don't be surprised if the only guests you encounter at Rosina are the Sun Hill Farm ducks that wander up from the nearby lake. A stone patio with gas BBQ, fire pit, covered outdoor hot tub and seating area is an idyllic spot to take in the sweeping Yorkshire views.

There is free wi-fi throughout the log cabin. On arrival, you will find a locally sourced welcome hamper. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering accommodation, with an oven, microwave, hob and microwave. The barbecue outside is gas and you'll also find a fire pit. A starter pack for the log burner includes logs and firelighters, and more can be purchased during your stay.

The stay includes high-quality bed linen, towels, bathrobes and a small selection of toiletries. Families can request a travel cot and a high chair for an infant in advance.

Up to two dogs are welcome in this luxury lodge in Yorkshire; it is not well suited to more than one large dog. Please note that the garden within this property is not regarded as enclosed although it is fenced. Please keep an eye on those excitable pooches in particular as it is not escape proof. You'll find private parking spaces for two cars right next to your lodge.
