The bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom with a large bath and overhead shower. There is also a separate cloakroom with a WC.

Step outside to a private terrace with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, complete with a charcoal BBQ. Here, you will also find the luxurious hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars with a glass of bubbly. It comfortably seats four guests, with towels and robes provided. The cottage also benefits from an enclosed outdoor space, with garden areas to both the front and rear.

Ideally located in Swaledale, Austin is perfectly placed for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and is within walking distance of Richmond.

The wider grounds are shared with two other properties at Holly House Farm, yet the cottage still feels private and exclusive. A large grassy area on arrival is perfect for families, while a nearby bridle path leads across the fields and into Richmond.
