Georgia

Georgia is a three-bedroom luxury Yorkshire holiday cottage. Set in the private two acres of grounds at Holly House Farm, it is one of our favourite self-catering dog-friendly cottages. You are just just a few miles outside of the historic market town of Richmond, North Yorkshire.

The focal point of this stunning country cottage is a large and spacious open plan living and dining area. Traditional characteristics and high ceilings meet bold styling. There is a comfortable seating area focused around a stylish log burner in this cottage.

The modern farmhouse-style kitchen has an island with a breakfast bar and high stools. A huge picture window separates the dining table and the South-facing courtyard front garden, making the room feel light and spacious.

Bedrooms

All three of the bedrooms have their own stylish design, with unique fabrics and finishings. They all have super-king, zip-and-link beds which can be split into twin beds upon request.

The ground floor bedroom looks out onto the private courtyard and has an en-suite walk-in shower.

Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms opening from the galleried landing, each with views out over the fields. These both share a contemporary house bathroom, with a large bath and overhead shower.

Outdoors

Double doors open out onto the courtyard, with outdoor seating and a BBQ area. To the rear, patio doors open out from Georgia's kitchen into a further private garden. There is added luxury in this gorgeous cottage, with a hot tub in the garden.

Practicalities

There is wi-fi throughout this Yorkshire Dales holiday cottage and private parking. The modern kitchen is well-equipped for that home from home experience, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a washer dryer.

Georgia has a ground floor bedroom and shower room, making it more accessible for guests with reduced mobility. The front and rear gardens are both enclosed making this cottage very family-friendly. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, for a small additional nightly charge.

This Yorkshire holiday cottage includes high-quality bed linen, towels, bathrobes, and luxury toiletries. There will be a starter pack for the kitchen, fire, and washroom, and of course, a locally sourced welcome hamper to enjoy on arrival.

Georgia feels private for a group of six, but it can also be booked alongside four-bedroom Henry and two-bedroom Austin at Holly House Farm for up to eighteen guests. A perfect group getaway.
