Percy

Percy is one of the three luxury hot tub lodges at Brompton Lakes which benefits from an exclusive log burning hot tub in the garden. The hot tub is a great addition all year round, and included within the lodge pricing. With its garden space for the hot tub, Percy is slightly set back rather than being directly on the lakeside.

This luxury lodge features a spacious and colourful open plan living area with full-height glass sliding doors leading to the large private decking area. This is the perfect outdoor space for al fresco dining with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating area to enjoy. The lodge’s elevated position gives some views over the East lake.

This luxury lodge has a modern kitchen that is well-equipped with everything you should need and more on a self-catering break in Yorkshire. The spacious living area feels both cosy and luxurious with a log burning stove and plenty of seating on the stylish sofas.

Percy lodge sleeps up to six guests. The large master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, which is wheelchair accessible. The two further bedrooms share a large house bathroom, with a bath and overhead shower. Percy is fully accessible for wheelchair users, with the parking sitting just behind the lodge.

During your stay make sure to head out of your luxury lodge to take a stroll around Brompton Lakes. Percy is a dog-friendly lodge too, so it's an ideal place to stay to bring your dogs along and explore the area. You can also play boules, make use of complimentary bikes or enjoy a game of tennis. For a more serene stay, relax on the private decking and appreciate the idyllic location and wonderful wildlife.

Each lodge at Brompton Lakes has been individually designed by renowned interior designer Rosie Mennem. Percy is a bright lakeside lodge with a cosy feel and a touch of contemporary accents. We love the mix of bright and fresh colours alongside some more muted tones which makes this luxury lodge feel modern but wonderfully cosy for nights in with friends or family.

On arrival at this luxury lodge, you will also find a locally sourced welcome hamper. The modern kitchen is well-equipped for a home from home experience. There's a fridge freezer and dishwasher, and washing facilities in the utility room. A starter pack for the kitchen, fire and washroom is included. The Smart TV includes a DVD player and a separate sound system.

This luxury hot tub lodge includes high-quality bed linen, towels, bathrobes and luxury toiletries. There is free wi-fi in the lodge and private parking. Dog owners should note that this is a dog-friendly lodge, however, the decking around Percy is not enclosed.
