Throughout the year, spend time between the tennis court and relaxed strolls to nearby Easby Abbey along the River Swale with the pooch. Each of the uniquely designed log cabins at Brompton Lakes has been individually designed by renowned interior designer Rosie Mennem.
This luxury lodge boasts a spacious open-plan living area with farmhouse-style rustic interiors. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you should need and more on a self-catering holiday in Yorkshire. In the cosy living area enjoy the log burning stove and a huge comfy sofa to sink in to after a day exploring local market town Richmond.
The living area has full-height glass sliding doors which lead to the enclosed private decking area outside with fantastic lakeside views, a charcoal BBQ and an outdoor seating area to relax and watch the surrounding wildlife. There’s also space for two four-legged friends in this dog-friendly log cabin, where the decking is enclosed with a gate on each end.
This luxury lodge sleeps up to six guests in three stylish bedrooms. The master en-suite bedroom and the second bedroom have comfy super king-sized beds which can also be set as twins for a group or family. The second bedroom and further double share a house bathroom.
Imogen is a South facing log cabin overlooking the West lake, seeing most hours of sunlight during the day. It's perfect for a group of friends and family to enjoy the outdoor space and tranquil surroundings at Brompton Lakes.
There is free wi-fi in the lodge, and plenty of parking outside is accessed via gravel steps that lead to the back of the lodge. Enjoy the secure terrace, designed to let your four-legged friend roam around safely in this dog-friendly lodge. All our holiday homes include high-quality bed linen, towels, luxury toiletries, a starter pack for under the kitchen sink, the fire and the washroom. And of course, there is a locally sourced welcome hamper on arrival.
The modern kitchen has a full inventory for that home from home experience, including a fridge freezer and dishwasher. There are washing facilities in the separate utility room, and in the living area is a Smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth sound system.

Private parking is available for two cars behind the lodge, accessed via gravel steps. Electric vehicle points are also available by the parking spaces for Imogen, making this a well suited for guests looking for a holiday home with EV charging. During your stay make sure to take a stroll around Brompton Lakes, with lots of dog-friendly areas to explore. You can also play boules, make use of complimentary bikes or enjoy a game of tennis. Brompton Lakes is on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, which has many walks, cycling routes, and stunning attractions. The market towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle are nearby. Both offer history and culture, restaurants, shopping, and the weekly markets filled with local produce.
