Brompton Lakes Map & Floor Plans

The luxury lodges at Brompton Lakes are a completely unique design, with three different layouts and twenty-one interior designs. Twenty of the lodges have three bedrooms, and these are either an ‘A-style’ or a ‘B-style’ lodge – see the floor plans below. Twenty One is our large lodge with a hot tub, sleeping 12 people.

To help you find the perfect lakeside lodge for you, we have a breakdown of the key facts below. Pick from our dog-friendly lodges, or our five completely pet-free cabins. The lodges without steps make them a perfect child-friendly escape with a pram, and well-suited to guests with reduced mobility given the single-story design.

Accessibility: For guests with specific access requirements, please get in touch so we can direct you to the most suitable lodge. Ramps for wheelchairs, shower seats and grab handles, as well as other aids are available on prior request.

Type A Lodge Layout

A three-bedroom, two-bathroom lodge. The inside is all on one level.

The living, kitchen, and dining area are open plan, with floor to ceiling windows onto the private decking area. There is a utility room behind the kitchen with washing facilities.

There is a master bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The second and third bedrooms share a large house bathroom with a bath that has a shower overhead.

Type B Lodge Layout

A three-bedroom, two-bathroom lodge. The inside is all on one level.

The living, kitchen, and dining area are open plan spanning the width of the lodge. There is floor to ceiling windows onto the private decking area. The utility room sits alongside the kitchen, with washing facilities.

There is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms share a large house bathroom with a bath that has a shower overhead and the other half of our B Style lodges share a house bathroom containing a walk-in shower.

Each bedroom offers a Super King sized bed with a zip and link which can be made into twins upon request.

Twenty One Floor Plan

Inside the lodge is all on one level. The living, kitchen and dining area are open plan, spanning the width of the lodge. There are with floor to ceiling windows at the front onto the private decking area.

There is a utility room alongside the kitchen with washing facilities that leads to the rear garden. Here, find the hot tub, BBQ hut and outdoor dining area.

A six-bedroom, four-bathroom large lodge. Bedroooms 3 and 6 both have en-suite bathrooms. The further four bedrooms share two house bathrooms.
