Bramble is a North Yorkshire based private chef and catering company, well known for their supper club dining experiences all over Yorkshire. Working on a bespoke menu basis, chef Annabel and her team at Bramble can provide a private chef experience showcasing delicious food and impeccable service, guaranteed to make your stay special.

Able to cater for everything from 3 course dinners, to grazing brunches, to drop-off buffets, the team are on hand to help you design your very own bespoke tailored menu. Using local suppliers and seasonal fresh produce to create each dish, the team work closely with each booking to design a menu and offering to suit your budget and preferences. Bramble can cater for all dietary requirements and preferences, specialising in feel-good food, made from scratch.

With 3 course dining menus starting at £50pp and grazing buffets at £20pp.

  • Wild truffle mushroom pearl barley risotto
  • Burrata, prosciutto ham, balsamic glaze
  • Beef tartar with crispy capers, mustard & rocket
  • Smoked tofu & kimchi gyoza with black vinegar dipping sauce
  • Rainbow beetroot carpaccio with crumbled feta & toasted pine nuts

Mains:

  • Five spice glazed duck breast with miso roasted asparagus & pak choi
  • Pan fried sea bass with truffle mash & salsa verde
  • Roasted butternut squash & pesto filo tart with heirloom tomatoes
  • Spinach & gorgonzola stuffed chicken breast with smoked pancetta cream sauce
  • Toasted gnocchi with sunblushed tomatoes & cashew cream

Private dining must be booked through Holiday at Home Reception. We cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred chef on your chosen date while you are staying in our Yorkshire holiday cottages, so early booking is recommended. Please inform them of any dietary requirements as soon as possible.
