Barbecue (Pizza Oven/Fire Pit)
The property is fitted with a Grillo outdoor kitchen. This includes a gas BBQ station with a heat up time of only 10 minutes. The fridge provides the perfect place to keep drinks cool whilst enjoying alfresco dining.
The chefs Anvil is the centre piece of the kitchen. A steel cooking ring sits on top of fire bowl and provides a large cooking surface that can double up as a fire pit. You will need to buy your own charcoal to use the Anvil, and kindly leave the BBQ clean and ready for future guests.

Once a good bed of coals has been established push them under the steel cooking ring (equipment, gloves, fire iron and utensils provided) drizzle a small amount of cooking oil on the steel cooking ring and start cooking on the steel hotplate. Please drizzle more oil during cooking to prevent sticking and after you’ve finished cooking.
