Our sole overseas property, Royal Villa 8, is a self-catering holiday rental villa in St James, Barbados. Here on the West Coast, you are sure to enjoy stunning beaches with soft white sands, crystal blue waters, popular beachfront spots with breathtaking views, and an excellent golf course in the prestigious Royal Westmoreland grounds. This coastline is home to some of the island’s best restaurants. Enjoy fresh fish by the shore and savour authentic Barbadian flavours while taking in the stunning ocean views. For thrill-seekers, a variety of water sports and the opportunity to dive with the turtles in the turquoise waters await.

The West Coast beaches, such as at Paynes Bay and the Colony Club Beach, are known for clear waters perfect for swimming and snorkelling. When venturing out of the St James area and your self-catering Barbados rental villa with a pool and its three luxurious bedrooms, take a 25-minute trip to North Point; this is a stunning scenic spot near Archers Bay, where on walks across the cliffs, you will marvel at the power of the sea and the different scenery.
