Enjoy a beautifully equipped farmhouse kitchen and dining space, perfect for cooking without missing a moment of the conversation. The living room offers the ideal balance of cosy comfort and generous space, a welcoming spot to unwind after a day exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
Outside, you’ll find an enclosed courtyard complete with a relaxing hot tub, charcoal BBQ, and alfresco dining area. Let your dogs roam freely while you unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy a beautifully prepared meal by one of our private dine-in chefs.
Enjoy a well-equipped farmhouse kitchen dining room, a utility room, cloakroom, two sitting rooms with open fires. As well as five bedrooms and snug, ideal for unwinding in front of the fire whilst watching Netflix.
Outside is a large lawn, a purpose-built office with wifi, a private terrace and a gazebo for alfresco dining for up to 12 guests. Making the space perfect for hosting day or night whilst admiring the breathtaking scenery.

With walks from the doorstep and a few minutes drive of well-served Middleham. With its medieval castle, racehorse stables, four pubs, village shop and tearoom. East Witton, home to the renowned Blue Lion pub and restaurant, is also on the doorstep.’
