A spacious and luxurious abode perfect for two, guests can also book The Swaledale upstairs at the Old School Rooms for more family or friends.
The Old School Rooms are located in the bustling market town of Richmond, North Yorkshire. Sitting on the hilltop above the River Swale, it is perfect for exploring what’s on offer without having to jump in the car. Narrow streets and alleyways join up to the cobbled marketplace lined with artisan eateries, boutique shops and tempting tearooms.
Richmond is most famous for its 11th century medieval castle. Walks along the castle walls and down to the River Swale, with its majestic waterfalls, are a true delight. We recommend you pop into The Station for afternoon tea and a well-deserved slice of cake. The old railway building is now home to a cinema, real ale brewery, ice cream parlour and art gallery.
