With plenty to explore from your doorstep, for avid walkers to those wanting a casual stroll, there is a choice of walks on offer through the farmland, woodlands and along the riverbanks.

One of our favourite bistros, Middleton Lodge is only a 10-minute drive away from The Barn and many of our other holiday homes in North Yorkshire. Enjoy award-winning fine dining at The Forge or all-day delicious food and cocktails in The Coach House. There are also gorgeous grounds and a spa to explore.
