Large glass bi-fold doors frame the countryside views and the North Yorkshire Moors, on a clear day you can even see the sea. A double-sided log burning stove separates the kitchen and living room, ready to be lit for a peaceful evening with a glass of wine in hand.

The spacious kitchen has everything you could need for a large self-catering group getaway. A range cooker guarantees plenty of space to make Sunday lunch for the whole party seated around the farmhouse table. The kitchen island is the perfect spot for a morning coffee. Step out from the kitchen to the hot tub and BBQ area.

Waterloo Lodge also boasts a more formal sitting room with an open fire, perfect for a lazy afternoon reading or drinks before dinner. Across the courtyard, the Annex features the large games room. Enjoy the widescreen TV, comfy seating, pool table, table football, and Pacman games console amongst other distractions. The perfect place to keep the kids (and big kids) entertained!

In the main house are four unique bedrooms. The master bedroom has fabulous high ceilings with oak beams and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink and walk-in shower. Pull yourself out of the sumptuous super king-size bed in the morning and step out onto the private balcony with the most glorious views of North Yorkshire.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have zip and link beds offering a super king-size bed or a twin set-up. These share the large stylish house bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath to indulge in a long hot soak. The fourth bedroom is a super king-size bed set-up, plus an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have TVs, so a morning lie-in is fully catered for!

The Annex houses two further bedrooms, each with private access. Both bedrooms can be set as a super king or as twin rooms, and feature a spacious and stylish en-suite shower room.

Outside is just as impressive as inside with a delightful patio area featuring a jacuzzi hot tub, comfortable seating area, and BBQ. The large lawns offer fantastic views, an idyllic backdrop and a heavenly spot for al fresco dining. In the Summer months, throw down a picnic blanket on the lawn and settle down to enjoy the wonderful views from this picturesque country garden. There are footballs and a basketball net for outdoor games, and to create a bit of competition in the group. This holiday home with a hot tub and games room is perfect for those overdue group gatherings.

Waterloo Lodge sleeps a maximum of twelve guests, including children. Please note this property is unable to accept additional day guests or stag parties. This property is strictly no dogs allowed.

There is free wi-fi throughout the large holiday home and ample parking. The modern kitchen has a large American-style fridge freezer, a log-burning stove, plus a full inventory in the kitchen. High-quality bed linen, towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, and a starter pack for the kitchen, fire, and washroom are included. One cot is available for an infant on prior request.

A utility room adjoins the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer. With a separate door to outside, it is handy for storing and cleaning muddy walking boots after a day exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Downstairs is a handy WC.
