A Tassimo coffee machine is provided, along with an initial supply of pods. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats eight guests, with a striking double-height ceiling above that fills the space with natural light. Beyond, you’ll find a cosy sitting room featuring a large L-shaped sofa and armchairs, perfect for settling in with a film while the log-burning stove crackles. High-end interiors and double doors opening onto the front garden and alfresco dining area give this country cottage a bright, contemporary feel.

The kitchen and dining area also open out onto the hot tub area at the rear of the house. The ground floor is completed by a separate cloakroom.

Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a super king-size bed that can be split into twins on request. They share a contemporary bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

The master bedroom offers ample storage, a television, and a super king-size bed that can also be configured as twins. It features an adjoining en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

On the ground floor, a bright and spacious bedroom includes a super king-size bed, which can be split into twins on request, and an en-suite walk-in shower room. With hardwood flooring, underfloor heating, and a smart TV, this room is well-suited to guests of all ages and offers easier access for those with reduced mobility. Please note there is one small step.

Each bedroom enjoys views over the Yorkshire countryside beyond the private grounds and is well stocked with high-quality bed linen, towels for both the bathroom and hot tub, and bathrobes.

Families with young children can request a cot in one of the upstairs bedrooms. A Z-bed for children up to 12 years old is also available on request, and stairgates are fitted at both the top and bottom of the stairs.

French doors from the dining area open directly onto the rear enclosed garden, ideal for summer evenings. Here, you will find a private terrace with a large hot tub and festoon lighting overhead, perfect for stargazing or relaxing with drinks.

At the front of the house, the enclosed garden is ideal for al fresco dining, with views across the grounds. Facing south-west, it enjoys the afternoon and evening sun and features a charcoal Kamado BBQ, outdoor rattan dining set, and sun loungers. The covered outdoor bar includes a pizza oven, creating a great space for entertaining.

Beyond the gate, guests can enjoy an acre of grounds, perfect for ball games or relaxing outdoors. A nearby footpath leads across the fields, offering an easy walk with your dog. Henry offers a sense of privacy for groups of up to eight guests, while also having the option to be booked alongside Georgia and Austin at Holly House Farm, accommodating up to eighteen guests in total.
