Brompton Lakes
A collection of twenty-one lakeside luxury lodges, near Richmond, North Yorkshire. The twenty-six-acre site is privately owned and run. The grounds are made more idyllic with the River Swale winding around the edge of the lakes.
With each lakeside lodge hosting three to six bedrooms, open plan living, private decks, and views of the beautiful wildlife on the lakes, they are a luxury escape. Brompton Lakes feature three lodges with hot tubs. Jules, Percy and Twenty One are all set back from the lakes because of this, but the lakes are simply a two minute walk away so you can still enjoy all of the nature to the full extent.
For group activities and entertaining the children, enjoy the tennis courts, bikes for hire or find out about the hot tub and sauna area. For a more relaxing break, book a daytime beauty treatment with our partner therapist or private dining in the luxury of your lodge with our partner chefs.

Florence is a South facing luxury lodge with an impressive lake view, overlooking a small island and is close to the River Swale. It has a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. The open plan living area features a log burner and opens onto private decking for dog-friendly stays and al fresco dining including a BBQ. The master bedroom is ensuite and the further two bedrooms share a bathroom.
With an impressive view over the West lake, Cara is a lakeside lodge which is dog-friendly at Brompton Lakes. Sleeping up to six in absolute comfort, this holiday lodge in Yorkshire has an an enclosed private terrace, along with an open plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen and a feature log burner, offering everything you need and more for a luxury self catering holiday.
A south-facing luxury lodge in Yorkshire, Lulu has an impressive view overlooking a small island in the centre of the lake that is teeming with wildlife. Sit back on the large enclosed deck and dine al fresco or enjoy the rattan sofas. Inside is cosy year round with the log burner, and the calming neutral and blue tones that compliment the view. Percy is a stunning hot tub lodge at Brompton Lakes sleeping up to 6 guests. The open plan living area features a log burner in this hot tub lodge, with full-height glass sliding doors leading to the large private decking area. This is the perfect outdoor space for al fresco dining with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating area to enjoy. The elevated position of this luxury lodge means it is set back from the lake front. The master bedroom is ensuite, and the further two spacious bedrooms share a bathroom.
*From August 2024 Valley View will have a 4th bedroom in the current snooker room. This room will be a similar design to the master bedroom with the red bed and will be complete with a copper bath. The snooker table will be replaced with a pool table in the gym/bar area.*
