Posie teaches group mat classes, corporate classes and private sessions in North Yorkshire. At either your holiday home or her own studio near Leyburn, plan either a 1:1 or a group session with Posie Pilates.
Her classes are flowing, dynamic and energetic whilst always bearing in mind the rehabilitative aspect of Pilates for pain prevention. Posie is extremely passionate about the benefits of Pilates, and helping her students find the perfect balance of toning, core strength and flexibility. Everyone’s goals are different, and each of us might take a different path to get there.
Posie provides different options for clients, whether you want a 1-1 session, small or large group session for up to 10 clients. Posie has a studio close to Leyburn in North Yorkshire for up to 7 clients, or can arrange to visit your holiday cottage.
Private Pilates at home is ideal if you would like a class completely tailored to your body, be that rehabilitation or to increase fitness, stamina and tone.
Group classes are flowing, dynamic and energetic focusing on functional movements to create a strong, agile and pain-free body.

Posie runs two pilates retreats at Hollins Farmhouse per year. Enjoy a finely balanced schedule of daily Pilates and Yoga, healthy and delicious food, local walks, wild swimming, outdoor dining, and plenty of relaxation time!
Having always been a fitness enthusiast, Posie started Pilates on a daily basis as a result of a skiing accident, leaving her with back and knee injuries. Within weeks of practising Pilates, she couldn’t believe the difference it made not only to her symptoms but her overall mental and physical well-being and has consequently never felt stronger. This prompted her to take a new path into the world of Pilates and began training and teaching in both London and North Yorkshire.
