As I said earlier, it is important to note that this property is not in New York, it is close to Richmond, North Yorkshire, nor is it a library or even open to the public!
The owner, Greville Worthington, lives nearby in St Paulinus, a deconsecrated former church. Part of this unusual and interesting property is based on the old public library in York. So that's how the New York Public Library got its name. And just like its name, this unique four bedroom Yorkshire holiday home is totally unexpected...
