The owner, Greville Worthington, lives nearby in St Paulinus, a deconsecrated former church. Part of this unusual and interesting property is based on the old public library in York. So that's how the New York Public Library got its name. And just like its name, this unique four bedroom Yorkshire holiday home is totally unexpected...
