The living room and dining room are adjoining, with high ceilings and bay windows with lovely views out over the garden and the valley beyond. Seat all your ten guests comfortably in the large dining room, and in the adjoining living area cosy in the living room in front of the gas fire in winter. You can step straight out into the terraced garden from these rooms at the rear of the house. There is a downstairs cloakroom, also housing the washing facilities.

The five spacious bedrooms are set over three floors. Two bedrooms have large bay windows that look out onto the garden terrace and the valley beyond.

The super-king master bedroom and the twin attic bedroom are both en-suite, with a shower over the bath. Bedroom 4 is complete with a private cloakroom, which includes just a toilet and a sink. A spacious family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms have super-king-sized beds, which can be set up as doubles or as twin rooms for group accommodation. The fifth bedroom has 1 queen-sized bed and 1 twin bed.
