A perfect balance of rustic and cosy with a modern well-equipped kitchen, Rebecca has everything you should need and more on a self-catering holiday for up to six guests. The large living area spans the width of the lodge with a log-burning stove and comfy stylish sofas and armchairs. A smart TV is wall-mounted for a cosy evening, perfectly paired with a takeaway meal from the Brompton Lakes reception. The dining table sits at the heart of the lodge, then beyond the kitchen is a separate utility room.

Rebecca sleeps up to six people, with three spacious bedrooms leading off from the living area. The master bedroom has a super king-sized bed, a dressing table and a large wardrobe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The further two bedrooms also have super-king beds, which can be set up as double or twin bedrooms. They share a large house bathroom with a shower over a bath.

Each lodge at Brompton Lakes has been individually designed by renowned interior designer Rosie Mennem. Rebecca is a beautiful lakeside cabin in Yorkshire, full of neutral tones and wooden furnishings, perfectly selected to complement the space. We love the cosy colours and fabrics of the living area, while the bedrooms are decorated in a classy style to create welcoming areas of calm, perfect for snuggling up after a full day’s exploring.

Guests are welcome to fish in the lakes. Although there are fish to catch and release, the lake is not stocked or advertised as a fishing destination. During your stay, take a leisurely stroll around Brompton Lakes. The site features a scenic 1-kilometre flat walking loop, perfect for a relaxed wander. For those looking to venture further, it’s just a gentle 45-minute walk into the historic market town of Richmond.

On-site, enjoy activities like a game of boules, complimentary bike rides, or a friendly match of tennis. Tennis rackets and balls are available from Reception for your convenience. For a quieter escape, unwind on your private decking and soak up the tranquil setting, surrounded by wonderful wildlife. This lodge also features a nearby fishing peg, which guests are welcome to use. Please note, while there are fish to catch and release, the lake is not stocked or advertised as a fishing destination.

A three-bedroom, two-bathroom lakeside cabin in Yorkshire. The inside is all on one level, with a small lip over the door threshold. There is a short walk from the parking bays to the lodge, via a sloped gravel path.

The living, kitchen, and dining areas are open plan, spanning the width of the lodge. There are floor-to-ceiling windows onto the private decking area. The utility room sits alongside the kitchen, with washing facilities.

There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath. This room features a super-king bed that can be split into twins.
The second bedroom features a super-king bed that can be split into twin beds.
The third bedroom features a super-king bed that can be split into twin beds.

The second and third bedrooms share a large house bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Families with young children can increase the capacity to 7 guests, requesting a cot or a z-bed for children up to 12 years old in advance of arrival.
