The master bedroom is on the top floor of the luxury apartment and is spacious with high ceilings and its own private balcony. The bed is king-sized and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The patio door from the bedroom leads to the outdoor seating on the balcony, with views across the park towards the River. For a family-friendly holiday, there is space in here for a child in a cot or on a Z-bed which can be hired.

Two of the beautifully decorated bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have king-size zip and link beds so can be set up as twins or a double to suit. This makes them perfect for accommodating both a group getaway or a family holiday in Yorkshire. These two bedrooms share the house bathroom on the ground floor, which has a bath and a stylish walk-in shower.

There is free wi-fi in the apartment, a smart TV and DVD player. The modern kitchen is well equipped for your stay, with cutlery, crockery, cookware and a few under-sink items to get you going. On arrival you will have high-quality bed linen, towels, luxury toiletries, plus tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen. Please note there is no washing machine.

Darcy Mews is perfectly located on Riverside Road in the Georgian market town of Richmond. The views of Richmond Falls and the River Swale as you step out the door also won us over. Darcy Mews was transformed from the old gasworks into five stunning apartments. Architecturally designed, the building still retains the characteristics of the original buildings.
