Delve into a curry cooking class with Oyster & Olive chef Kevin Hacking
If you have brought the gang for a special occasion, we recommend adding a little bit of spice to your plans by spending a day learning some new cooking techniques This is the perfect addition to your time away when the weather isn’t quite up to scratch, or if you just want to try something new! This is a fun way to experience a curry cooking class in Yorkshire, with the added twist of the perfect venue.
Ask for a luxury holiday home with the perfect kitchen island to gather around, such as at Dragonfly, Waterloo Lodge, Dexter or for a smaller group in Georgia or Fairfield House. Then after you’ve been shown the ropes, Kevin will leave you to your afternoon or evening.
Choose from either an Indian or Thai cooking class with Oyster & Olive, who will spend all day with you to make sure you know your food.
What does the day look like?
10:30: The day starts with Kevin taking you through an introduction to your day with him and what you will have achieved by the end of the day.
Morning: Swiftly moving on to ingredients and techniques, get to know more about your chosen food plate and how you can make the most of your dish.
Lunch: Stopping for lunch, enjoy Indian Street-food with refershments.
Afternoon: Following this, spend your afternoon cooking 2 curries of your choice, both of which come with rice.
16:00: The curry cooking class will end at approximately 4pm, by which point you will have your homemade dishes ready for dinner.
Prices: £80 per person
Minimum class size: 6 people
