The driveway offers comfortable parking for up to eight cars across both properties.

Hollins Barn is entered via the kitchen directly from the driveway, there is a step into the entrance hall, then the ground floor is on one level. Access the patio through a gate from the driveway or via doors from the hallway, leading to a large paved area with a hot tub and BBQ set on the flagstone patio. There are two steps across the patio.

Hollins Farmhouse is entered through a charming stone-flagged courtyard into the boot room. Within the courtyard, you’ll also find a separate office/study. The ground floor is on one level. Access the garden via a gate from the driveway or through the kitchen, which opens onto a large paved patio and the lawn. A gazebo with stone-flagged flooring provides an attractive additional outdoor seating area.

Access to the bedrooms in both properties is via central staircases. In total, Hollins Farm offers 11 bedrooms plus a snug with day beds:

At Hollins Barn, all six bedrooms are on the first floor and feature super king zip-and-link beds, which can be configured as twin beds upon request. Bedrooms 1 and 6 have en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining four bedrooms share two additional bathrooms.

At Hollins Farmhouse, the first floor comprises four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer zip-and-link beds (super-king or twins) and share a bathroom with a separate WC. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have fixed king-size beds and share a bathroom with a separate shower. The snug (also referred to as bedroom 6) includes two fixed day beds suitable for children up to 5ft 4. The second floor features a twin bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bath.
