Barbecued corn on the cob is a favourite, and this version with a zingy, flavoured butter is a delicious fresh take on the classic.

Absolutely delicious! Cooked and served exactly as described with the addition of some cucumber batons and sriracha on the side for an extra kick as the Mayo and paste are both lovely but not overly spicy. All the family really enjoyed this.
