Brompton Lakes
A collection of twenty-one lakeside luxury lodges, near Richmond, North Yorkshire. The twenty-six-acre site is privately owned and run. The grounds are made more idyllic with the River Swale winding around the edge of the lakes.
With each lakeside lodge hosting three to six bedrooms, open plan living, private decks, and views of the beautiful wildlife on the lakes, they are a luxury escape. Brompton Lakes feature three lodges with hot tubs. Jules, Percy and Twenty One are all set back from the lakes because of this, but the lakes are simply a two minute walk away so you can still enjoy all of the nature to the full extent.
For group activities and entertaining the children, enjoy the tennis courts, bikes for hire or find out about the hot tub and sauna area. For a more relaxing break, book a daytime beauty treatment with our partner therapist or private dining in the luxury of your lodge with our partner chefs.

Percy is a stunning hot tub lodge at Brompton Lakes sleeping up to 6 guests. The open plan living area features a log burner in this hot tub lodge, with full-height glass sliding doors leading to the large private decking area. This is the perfect outdoor space for al fresco dining with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating area to enjoy. The elevated position of this luxury lodge means it is set back from the lake front. The master bedroom is ensuite, and the further two spacious bedrooms share a bathroom.
William is a luxury lodge overlooking the lakes and south facing at Brompton Lakes. The living area features a log burner and is open plan with the kitchen and dining area. The large sliding glass doors opens onto private decking, which is great for al fresco dining and enjoying the wildlife. The master bedroom is ensuite, and the further two spacious bedrooms share a bathroom. This lodge is one of our pet-friendly holiday lodges in Yorkshire, perfect for those travelling with a pooch.

A South facing luxury lodge at the heart of Brompton Lakes, Louis has impressive lakeside views. The open plan living and dining area features a log burner with big floor-to-ceiling windows. Step onto the private decking for al fresco dining; which is an enclosed area for dog-friendly stays and families with young children. Guests love the rustic country style.
